Wraps

We have been on a wrap binge recently...

I call this the original wrap:

Cream Cheese

Grilled Chicken

Jack Cheese

Avocado

Tomato 

Butter Lettuce

Wrapped in a flour tortilla...Delish!!!

Half way today! 

Avocado Salad

1 avocado (ripe)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Juice from half a lemon
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Slice avocado place in bowl. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, and red wine vinegar. Pour mix over avocado. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Originally I thought this was a salad for one but I would say it's more for two. Enjoy!
